For a monthly fee we will work with you to:
- Design your corporate website that will be used for the properties that you manage
- The website will be labeled as yours
- Posting of information such as real estate listings, security alerts, notices i.e. service interruptions, news items, newsletters etc. will be posted on the website for you
- Blogs on items of concern for owners will be posted for you when required, so that owners can exchange their thoughts on significant issues
- Opinion polls will be posted when required, to allow council to gauge owner wishes on items that will affect them without calling an SGM or a town hall meeting.
- Post listings in the "Units for Sale" page that has visitors from 26 countries in our flagship property.

Example of Website Opinion Poll and Blog use:
Recently, an owner made a request that Co-Operative shared vehicles be made available to residents by putting two cars in the property's covered, outside parking area. Council initially said no but later agreed to conduct an opinion poll on the website. Owners exchanged points of view with close to 30 comments being received on the Blog. the Blog received 357 visits on this issue with the online Poll receiving 338.
It turns out that the owners were in favor of having the co-operative cars by a factor of over 5:1.
